Andreas Eugene Vogel, of Enfield, entered into eternal peace at the age of 83 on Sunday (June 17, 2012) in the comfort of his home. He was the beloved husband of 40 years to the late Beatrice M. (Rice) Vogel (6/24/02). Andreas was born on March 17, 1929 in Schonau, Poland son of the late Alfred and Lotte (Dehlmann) Vogel and had resided in Enfield for many years. Prior to retiring he was employed as a machinist for various employers in the greater Hartford area for many years. Andreas is survived by his son Andreas A. Vogel and daughter Paula Doyle, a very special grandson Timothy Eugene Doyle and 15 beloved grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren and a brother Karl Vogel, his best friend Salvatore Carcia. Andreas was predeceased by a sister Cristine Vogel. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of his family in Vermont.
