Billy and I would like to send our deepest condolences and prayers to his wife and family.Our prayers are with Joe may he be at rest. We will miss him every friday at the races @ Stafford with his long time friend Stan. We met at he races and have been friends since. We will always cherish the night that you opened your doors to us and invited us to a family dinner several years ago. We will never forget that. We will miss you and remember the fun & good times at Stafford with John & Judy, Stan, Billy and Gloria. May we see you again in our next life.
