Obituary for Donald F. "Donnie" Piepul


Donald “Donnie” F. Piepul, 53, of East Longmeadow, MA died on Thursday, October 6, 2016. Born August 25, 1963 in Springfield, MA, Donald was the son of Lillian (Pease) Piepul and the late Edward Piepul. Prior to retiring, he was employed as a truck driver for over 20 years, having worked for both Roadway Trucking and CEVA Logistics. Donald’s enthusiasm for motor vehicles was not limited to cars alone; it included four wheeling, motorcycling, and hillclimbs. He loved all animals especially dachshunds. Besides his wife, Terrilee (Carlson) Piepul, Donald is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Kim and Eric Schultz of Boston, MA, his brother and sister-in-law Gregg and Patricia Piepul of Enfield, CT along with his nephews, Tyler and Colby Schultz and Derek, Drew and Dylan Piepul. Donald was predeceased by his brother Jonathan Piepul. A memorial service in celebration of Donald’s life will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker RD, Enfield. Calling hours will be prior to the service from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Donald’s name may be made to the Connecticut Humane Society 701 Russell Road, Newington, CT 06111.
