I remember how he and the other three brothers-in-law would always get out the card table and play cards at every holiday gathering.  I also remember how he had a crab bite  his toe and hold onto it while he hopped around on one foot tryinhg to dislodge it.  (On Montauk Point, LI).  

     Other memories I  I have -- Armand, my dad and me rollerskating in Holyoke, Ma. a few times WAY back in the day:  he and my dad playing pool in our cellar: the steamers Vil and Armand used to cook in that big roaster -- mmm good!

   Vil, Cindy, Dennis and Gene, know that he's in a peaceful place, continuing the card games with his brothers-in-law.  They all have the best seats in the house.  Wonder who's winning?
