June Ann (Cousineau) Underhill, of Enfield, passed away on Sunday Jan. 15, 2017, at the age of 79, at the West Hartford Health and Rehab. Center. She was the beloved wife of 37 years to the late Lee Underhill. June was born on Dec. 6, 1937 to the late Wilford & Naomi (Lloyd) Cousineau, she attended local schools and was a graduate of Enfield H. S. Class of 1956. June was a life-long resident of Enfield. Prior to her retirement in 2005 June was employed for many years with Ratel Medical in Windsor. She was a member of the Calvary Presbyterian Church in Enfield, also an avid reader, and June’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends.
June is survived by her two sons; Dana Underhill & Donna Seymour of Enfield and Evan Underhill & Jennifer Kenyon of Nashua, NH, her loving granddaughter Jessica Petlock, and grandson Kyle Seymour along with several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by a sister Marion Wilson.
June’s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday Jan. 20, 2017 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service with Pastor Barry Andrusik officiating at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, Enfield. Interment will take place on Sat. Jan. 21, at 11:00 a.m. in the Hazardville Cemetery, Enfield. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
