Obituary for Pauline A. Tuttle (Ayotte)

Pauline A. (Ayotte) Tuttle, 87, of Suffield, died on Sunday Aug. 13, 2017 at the Suffield House with family at her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward F. Tuttle. Born in Hamlin, Maine the daughter of the late Arlene Ayotte Dufault and Val Dufault. She had resided in Enfield for 33 years before moving to Suffield. Pauline is survived by her three children David Tuttle & wife Nancy of Enfield, Karen Benoit & husband Fred of Wilbraham, MA and Diane Buck & husband Jim of Suffield, her seven grandchildren Edward (deceased), Rebecca, David, Jr “DJ”, Tiffany, Chelsea, Kelly and Tommy, her beloved seven great grandchildren Kloud, Tyler, Alyssa, Landon, Kyla, Andraya and Cecilia “CeCe”. As well as her siblings Loreen Udal, Shirley Goodno, Carole Therriault, Richard, Patrick & James Ayotte, along with many nieces, nephews & cousins, Pauline was also predeceased by three siblings Donald, Regina & Joyce.
She was devout in her faith as a member of St. Martha Church, talented in crocheting and stitchery, she also enjoyed country drives, picking up antiques along the way, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends.
Her family would especially like to thank the staff of the Suffield House and a special thanks to the Johnson Infusion Cancer Center.
Per Pauline’s request there will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday Aug. 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Martha Chapel 214 Brainard Rd. Enfield. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s King Street Cemetery, Enfield. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
