Stephanie M. (Morgano) Smith, 71 of Enfield, entered into eternal rest on Friday Oct. 20, 2017 at The Suffield House. She was born on Sept. 14, 1946 in Springfield, MA to the late Stephen and Christine (Sarno) Morgano. She had resided in Enfield most of her life. Stephanie was a graduate of Enfield H.S. and attended Chamberlayne Jr. College Boston, MA and Asnuntuck C.C. She retired from Cigna Insurance Co. after 22 years of service. She was a former member of the Enfield Democratic Town Committee and on the Board of Directors at Ashmead Commons, Enfield.

Stephanie is survived by her loving son Christopher M. Smith of Enfield, sister Roseann Knoepfle of California. Nephew Mark Roscio, four nieces Sue Kostyk, Christine Roscio, Kirsten Thorne, and Jennifer Gabia and their families. Cousins Ralph Fiore, Mary Porcello, Sebastian Fiore, James Sarno and Kenneth Sarno. Other former family members, sister-in-law Nancy Cassone, nieces Sherri Toner and Kimay Hartfield all of S. Windsor.

Her very dear and special friends Maria Hopkins, Fred Lauria, Mary Ann Pease, Lynn Provencher, Sheila Vasseur and John Spazzarini. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sister Marion Roscio and former husband Michael E. Smith.

Funeral Service for Stephanie are private at the convenience of family.
