Obituary for Barbara Ann Karat (Hotkowski)

Barbara A. (Hotkowski) Karat, 81, beloved wife of Richard Karat for 40 years, died March 21, 2018 at Hartford Hospital, Hartford, CT. She was born in Rockville, CT June, 4, 1936 the daughter of the late Emil and Helen (Baran) Hotkowski. Prior to her retiring she had been employed with H.P. Hood in Suffield, CT.
Besides her husband, Barbara is survived by her two daughters, Debbie Sperry and son-in-law Bill of Feeding Hills, MA and Darlene LeBlanc of Chicopee, MA. She also leaves her 5 grandchildren, Keith, Shawna, Blaine, Jessica and Rebecca, 6 great grandchildren, Jasmine, Jovani, Robert, Angel, Adrian and Annieliese. Barbara was predeceased by her brother Emil Hotkowski. Services are private for the family.
