Charlotte J. (Montemarano) Ivanoff, 90, of Enfield, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 5, 2022 in the comfort of her home. She was the loving wife of 55 years to Aleg Peter Ivanoff. Born Sept. 17, 1931 in New York City to the late Anthony and Mary (Libonati) Montemarano. She had resided in Enfield for the past 62 years. Prior to retiring Charlotte had worked as the produce manager at Scitico Market, and was a lunch aide at Enrico Fermi H.S., Enfield. She loved cooking and time spent with the grandchildren.
Charlotte is survived by her children Gail Kaplan & husband Joe of Granville, MA,
Karen DiBiase & husband Robert of Enfield and Richard Ivanoff & wife Heather of Enfield, and daughter-in-law Karen Ivanoff of Enfield, and her beloved grandchildren; Brian, Nick, Alysia, Ryan and Jason. She is also survived by sisters Beatrice Lauricella of Venice, FL, and Ida DeBlasio of Seaside Heights, NJ, along with several nieces and nephews. Beside her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son Robert Ivanoff, a granddaughter Tanya, as well as, Maria & John Leitgeb, and John DeBlasio.
Relatives and friends may gather with her family on Friday, June 17, 2022 during calling hours from 4:00 to 6:30 pm followed by a Prayer Service at Browne Memorial Chapels, Enfield. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 or the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 516 Carew St. Springfield, MA 01104.
