Obituary for Daigen L. Dosek

ENFIELD - On February 13, Daigen L. Dosek unexpectedly passed away.

To truly know Daigen was to know the biggest and kindest heart. He often hid his soft side but was always there to make his friends and family laugh through the hard times. There wasn’t a room he couldn’t light up with laughter.

As a young child, Daigen spent 10 years playing ice hockey for Enfield Hockey Associate and later enjoyed Mixed Martial Arts and weightlifting.
Daigen was a 2018 graduate from Enfield High, completed a welding certification from Asnuntuck Community College and most recently was working towards completing his CDL training at NETTTS.

Daigen was extremely family oriented. He loved nothing more than being a big brother and cheering on his younger brothers. His favorite thing to do was pop in and surprise Mymy and Papa to spend dinner with them. He loved playing with his little cousins and hanging out with his aunts and uncles. Daigen loved spending time in Westbrook, CT where he spent most of his summers since he was a baby.

But his greatest love was his Mom and Dad who were always there to support his dreams and hold his hand through the good times and bad.

Daigen leaves behind his mom, Arlie Dosek, his dad Mark and wife Angie Humphrey. His younger brothers Hayden Bankowski and Jaxtin Castonguay, stepbrothers Zach and Jason Mahon. His stepsister Wednesday Lemieux. His paternal grandparents, James and Nancy Humphrey. His great grandmother Annette Humphrey. His aunt Rebecca Humphrey. His maternal grandparents Kim and Guy Beck. His great grandfather Thomas Russo. His uncle Conor and wife Michelle Beck. His uncles Logan and Sawyer Beck. His aunts Keller and Ferrin Beck. His uncle Richard Dosek and girlfriend Kara. His cousins Hudson and Grace Beck.

Calling hours will be Thursday, February 18, 2021 at the Browne Memorial Chapels, 43 Shaker Road, Enfield from 4-7. All services and burial will be private. Masks and social distancing must be maintained.
