Gayle Ann (Lammers) Little, 72, of Enfield CT, left her earthly journey in the comfort of her home in the arms of her loving children on Monday, December 3, 2018. She was predeceased by her loving husband, James E. Little, Jr. and her dearly missed son Timothy Patrick Little. Gayle was born in Plainfield, N.J. She served many in her lifetime as a Registered Nurse, a 2nd Lieutenant in the Air Force during the Vietnam War, and an O.R. nurse and Sterile Processing Manager at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Gayle was a thoughtful, gentle soul who always spoke kindly of others, she loved a good laugh and enjoyed playing cards with her friends. She leaves behind her two children whom she adored, a son, Seamus Little and his fiancé Jennifer Mooney, her daughter Sara Little: two cherished grandchildren, Timothy Little, Jr. and Caitlin Little and their mother, Rachel Little; her brothers Jim Lammers and Marc Lammers. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to thank the friends and family who came to visit during her final days and for being a part of her journey. Services will be held at Browne Memorial Chapels in Enfield, CT. on Friday December 7, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Fr. Anthony Bruno officiating, her family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service starting at 11:30 a.m. A Christian burial will follow in the Hazardville Cemetery in Enfield.
