Obituary for James William Bianco

James William Bianco, 61, of Enfield, passed from his earthly journey, on Monday, November 14, 2022. Born on February 8, 1961 in Hartford, CT he was the son of James S. Bianco and the late Mildred Aldrich. He had resided in Agawam and Longmeadow, MA and the past 52 years in Enfield. James was a graduate of Agawam H.S. Prior to retiring James was employed with the family business, Control Module, Inc. for 50 years. In his leisure time he enjoyed camping, skydiving, scuba diving, back packing/hiking, water sports/boating, skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling.
James is survived by his father James S. Bianco and step-mom Sally I. Bianco of Suffield, siblings; James Mayotte, Shannon Mayotte, both of Boynton Beach, FL, Nicolas Bianco of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Todd Bianco of Enfield, his beloved nephews and niece; Mason Mayotte, Robert Mayotte, Dominik, Anthony Bianco, Cole Bianco and Lexi Bianco, his girlfriend Pam Kot, and other relatives, uncle & aunt, Russ & Dayna Baird, aunts, Dottie and Betty, uncle & aunt, Bob & Robby and aunt, Marie Lowe, along with cousins; Deborah Dobson of RI, Dean Dobson and Daniel Dobson both of MA. Leslie Murray, Thomas Longo, Chip (Johnathan) Longo, Derek Ricciarini, Linda Golymbieski, and Lisa Gumbardo (whom he shares a birthday).
Besides his mother Mildred, he was also predeceased by his brother Robert M. Bianco (Oct. 1974), his paternal grandparents, Gram -Flo Flo and Grampa- Jim Bianco, his maternal grandparents, /William “Buzz” & Ienes Mead Aldrich, his step grandparents, Nana-Irene and Grampy – Russell Baird, cousins, David Dobson (1998) and Billy Longo, and a great aunt Marie Daury.
Relatives and friends may gather with his family during calling hours on Monday, November 28, 2022 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Browne Memorial Chapels, Enfield, CT, followed by a Memorial Service at 7:00 pm. Burial will be private for family in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Suffield, CT Dec. 3, 2022. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
