Patricia “Pat” (Flaherty) Criscitelli, 79, of Enfield, entered into Eternal Life, on Friday, Oct. 5, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital & Medical Ctr., Hartford, CT. She was the wife of the late Fiore J. Criscitelli (1986). Born on Aug. 31, 1939 in Stafford Springs, CT, a daughter of the late Thomas J. and Harriet (Kingston) Flaherty and was a life long resident.
In her earlier years Pat was employed with Hallmark Cards, Inc. and the ARC of Enfield for many years. She volunteered numerous hours with the Enfield Special Olympics program for several years. A devoted and loving wife and mother she dedicated her life to caring for her family and home.
Pat is survived by her two sons, Albert Criscitelli of Enfield and Scott Flaherty and partner John Colagiovanni and Scott’s sons, Aaron & wife Karissa Flaherty and Jake Flaherty of W. Hartford, along with her siblings, Carl Flaherty & wife Nancy of Enfield, Nancy Bajek & husband Ed of Enfield, Kathleen Maynard of Orland, ME, Timmy Flaherty of Enfield, John Flaherty & wife Laura of East Haven, CT, and Terry Flaherty of Enfield, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her husband and parents, she was recently predeceased by her daughter, Julie Criscitelli (8/24/18), and her siblings, Thomas C., Richard, James and Michael Flaherty.
Relatives and friends may gather on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Browne Memorial Chapels, Enfield, CT. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Oct. 12, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Browne Memorial Chapels, Enfield, CT with Fr. John Melnick officiating. Interment will follow in St. Patrick’s King St. Cemetery, Enfield, CT.
