Ralph G. Robinson, 85, of Enfield, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 20, 2022. Ralph was the beloved husband of 25 years to Gloria V. (Melluzzo) Robinson. Born on December 29, 1936 in Somersville, MA, son of the late Edward and Ruby (Tabor) Robinson. Ralph graduated from Boston Evening Trade School -Automible. He served our country with the U.S. Navy. Ralph had resided in Somers and Enfield. Prior to retiring Ralph worked as a Lab Tech. making highly engineered and uniquely designed convertible toppings and surface materials for vehicles at Haartz Corporation for 38 years. He had a passion for cars (until his 2year old son went Godzilla on them) antique car meets or most recently watching the Mecum Car Auctions online. Ralph was a member of the American Legion Post 101, Somers, CT.
In addition to his wife Gloria, he is also survived by seven children Jayne Knorr of Dayton Beach, FL, James & Lynn Robinson of Mendon, MA, Linda Dillen of Blackstone, MA, Raymond Turcotte of Vernon, CT, Janet & Tom Robarge of Statesville, NC, Michelle & Robert Weeks of Enfield, CT and Thomas & Jackie Turcotte of Enfield, CT, fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
Those wishing may gather with family on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Browne Memorial Chapels, Enfield. A Service will be held on Thursday, March 24 10:00 am at the funeral home. Interment with Military Honors will then follow at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Agawam, MA. In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692 Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
