Robert R. Cuvellier, 62 of East Longmeadow, MA entered into eternal peace Monday, April 27, 2021. Born May 23, 1958 in Springfield, MA, he was the son of the late Rene and Mary (Alaimo) Cuvellier. A graduate of East Longmeadow High School, Bob went on to earn his BS in Economics from Western New England University and both his Masters in Special Education and CAGS from Westfield State University. He was a Special Ed. teacher for 35 years, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and an Out of District Coordinator. Bob was a master party and vacation planner with a passion for fireworks. He enjoyed following Major League Baseball, NASCAR, the Boston Bruins and was a member of the Springfield UNICO Society.
Bob is survived by his wife of 35 years, Anne (Dumas) Cuvellier, his children, Andrea and Michael Cuvellier both of East Longmeadow. He also leaves his cousins, Charles Alaimo, Jr. and Frank Alaimo both of Enfield. Bob’s family will receive relatives and friends, Sunday May 2, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield, CT. A 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday May 3, 2021 at St. Patrick Church (St. Raymond of Penafort Parish) 64 Pearl Street Enfield.
