Obituary for Ruth Lynch
Ruth Lynch, 94, of Windsor entered into eternal life, on Friday, August 11, 2023.
Ruth was born on Feb. 22, 1929 in Springfield, MA, a daughter of the late John M. and Elsie A. (Fanning) Lynch. She had resided in Windsor for the past 17 years and in Enfield prior to that. Before retiring Ruth was employed with Mass Mutal Ins. Co. for many years. She was an avid reader, enjoyed cooking, but her greatest joy was being with family. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Martha Church, Enfield and had a great devotion to the Blessed Mother.
Ruth is survived by several nieces, and nephews and their families.
Besides her parents, Ruth was predeceased by three sisters, Patricia LeFleur, Audrey LeFleur, Arline Lynch and a niece Kimberly LaFleur.
Funeral services for Ruth will be private with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Martha Church, and Burial in St. Patrick’s King St. Cemetery. Memorial donations in her name may be made to Allied Community Services, 3 Pearson Way Enfield, CT 06082. Browne Memorial Chapels, Enfield has been entrusted with her arrangements.
