Sr. Theresa Mary Gondek, 92, entered into eternal life on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Our Lady of the Angels Convent, Enfield. Sr. was a member of the Felician Sisters for 74 years. Born in Middletown, CT on January 19, 1929 to the late Joseph and Mary (Lis) Gondek. Sister served as teacher and principal in parishes staffed by the Felician Sisters in the New England and New York area. In Connecticut she ministered in Hartford, Rockville, Windsor, Enfield and Waterbury. Her last assignment was at Our Lady of the Angels Convent.
Sister Theresa is survived by her brother Robert Gondek, sisters Dorothy and Marie Gondek of Avon, CT and Rose Machell of FL.
Funeral services are private with burial in St. Adalbert’s Cemetery, Enfield.
