EAST WINDSOR & BROAD BROOK – William A. Bousquet, entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 7, 2020 at home. Born in Woonsocket, RI son of the late Raoul and Rena (Lussier) Bousquet, he lived in East Windsor for the last thirteen years and previously in North Smithfield, RI. William worked as a builder doing construction projects in the Rhode Island area. He was an air force veteran and served in Germany at the end of World War II. William’s family would like to thank Collin McCarthy and Vivette Wright for their special compassion and care. They would also like to thank his wonderful neighbors at Meadow Farms. His wife, Eleanor G. (Rumas) died in 2017. He leaves a daughter and her husband, Cheryl and Robert Alaimo of Somers, a sister, Madeleine McKnight of Lafayette, LA, five grandchildren, Paul Almeida, Justin, Ben, and Robert, Jr. Alaimo, Julie DiCostanzo, eight great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service with military honors will be Thursday at 10am at St. Catherine Cemetery, Rye Street, Broad Brook, CT. Browne Memorial Chapels is assisting the family.
