Condolence: Chris, Lisa

I just found out about your mom. She was a great person and exceptional mother, who had such a zest for life and found ways to express it. She will be sorely missed. I know deep in my hart she loved both of you very much.

Your friend

Condolence: I had the honor of knowing Marylou, she gave me the greatest advice, and best laughs. She had a contagious positive attitude, that became heroic to me. May your memories of Mary lou comfort you at this time.

Condolence: Our thoughts and prayers are with Mary Lou\\\'s family. Mary Lou was truly a special friend and will be greatly missed by all her friends and family. We are grateful for the friendship that she gave us. MaryLou was a friend, advisor and even a mentor at times. She stood for what she believed in, coached us in politics and most importantly, showed integrity. She was one of a kind. We will miss those great conversations where that \\\"sicilian style\\\" came out to get the point across!!! We will sadly miss her, but will keep her in our thoughts as we each carry on with our lives.

Condolence: My deepest sympathies to all of MaryLou\\\'s family.
She and I were classmates and graduated together at Enfield High School and our paths crossed many times throughout the years. No matter what \\\"hats\\\" she wore, MaryLou always stayed her bubbly, friendly, helpful self. If you had a problem or any concern, she took the time to listen, offer suggestions and often, rolling up her sleeves to help. She had her crosses to bear, as we all do, but one would never have known it. She was a rare, sparkly, genuine gem and will be remembered, and sorely missed by all who had the good fortune to have known her.
My prayers are with you now, and in the sad moments to come. Cherish all those memories and please remember that she will always be with you in spirit.
Sincerely,
Patte Tough

Condolence: I was given this several months after my parents\\\' passing and finally read it at a time when their loss seemed to be unbearable. It gave me some comfort and I hope that at some point in time, it will give you some, too.

Miss Me...But Let Go

When I get to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.
Why cry for a soul that’s free?

Miss me a little, but not too long
And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared.
Miss me-but let me go.

For this is a journey that we all must take,
And each must go alone,
It’s all a part of the Master’s plan,
A step on the road to home.

When you are lonely, and sick of heart,
Go to the friends we know.
And bury your sorrow in doing deeds.
Miss me-but let me go.

Condolence: Mary Lou Strom was the center of positive actions for the Enfield community and of the vital friendships she nurtured. I am grateful for the time I shared with her.

Although I only met her four years ago, she was a close friend, a role model, and a person who always found joy and goodness in every situation. I am one of many who will miss her smile, advice, and especially her laugh and sense of fun.

I deeply regret that I am too far away to return in time for the funeral. However Mary Lou will be in my thoughts and prayers. My deepest sympathy goes out to her family.
