Obituary for Deborah J. Garrow
Deborah J. Garrow, of Stafford, passed from her earthly journey, at the age of 53, on Friday Dec. 22, 2017, after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Deborah was born on July 30, 1964 to Sarah (Johnson) Garrow of Enfield and the late Charles R. Garrow. She was a graduate of Enrico Fermi H.S. Enfield and resided most of her life in Enfield and the past fourteen years in Stafford. Deb was employed as a CNA at Parkway Pavilion Healthcare in Enfield for over 30 years. In her leisure time she enjoyed fishing & cross stitching, her greatest joy was spending time with family and friends. She was a loving mother, daughter, caring sister and aunt and loved her fur babies; “Lolly & Barbie”.
In addition to her mother, she is also survived by her beloved son Jacob R. Garrow of Stafford, a sister Beth Garrow of Enfield, two nieces, Rose E. Garrow and Emily R. Garrow, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Besides her father she was predeceased by two brothers Dennis Garrow and Christopher Garrow.
Deb’s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday Jan 5, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. with Fr. Anthony Bruno officiating at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, Enfield, CT. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her memory may be made to the
National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. 2600 Network Blvd, Suite 300 Frisco, TX 75034 or SPCA of CT, 359 Spring Hill Rd. Monroe, CT 06468.
