Jon
It seems like I have known Pete my entire life. My Dad, Skip worked with Pete at the Post Office. My fondest memory of Pete is the time I went to the Red Sox game in the early 70's with Pete, my father and my aunt Ruth. They were playing the Washington Senators that day and Ted Williams was the Senators manager. We were sitting two rows from the visitors dugout. All of the sudden, Pete jumped onto the field, moved in between all of these reporters and shook hands with Ted. He came back and said he would never wash his hand again. I will remember that day forever. Rest in Peace, Pete, I will miss you!
