Yvonne Gardner

Hi Mom, Today is Aug 9, 2020. We are now in something called the "New Normal" due to a virus called COVID 19 that hit the USA at the beginning of this year 2019-2020. By March 2020 we all wear masks going outside. It is a scary time and we have lost thousands of people from this virus worldwide. It reminds me of the influenza of WWI 1918-1919. Very similar traits. Well, that is the news. Except for your granddaughter, Leeanne took after you and is helping by making - sewing "masks' for family, friends, and others. She is very much like you -- so giving and willing to help. We are psychically okay for now. However, we miss you terribly -- as we do Dad and Raymond too, as well as, all our dear Aunts and Uncles. I do hope you are up there looking down and giving the world hope for a better future. I know with your strength -- you'd help if you could. I love you, miss you, want to hug you and I do in my dreams. I hope you can feel it and know how much you are missed. Bye for now, All my love, your daughter, Yvonne
