Joseph “Joe” F. Williams, of Enfield, entered into eternal rest at the age of 46 surrounded with loved ones, on Monday (Jan. 6, 2014) in the comfort of his home. He was the loving husband to Jeanne (Kucienski) Williams. Joseph was born on March 24, 1967 in Springfield, MA son of Paul and Elaine (Wolodko) Williams of Enfield.
He was a lifelong resident of Enfield and a graduate of Enrico Fermi High School Class of “1985” and attended Asnuntuck Community College. Joe previously owned & operated Comet Cleaners in Turner Falls, MA and was the manager of Swift Cleaners in Greenfield, MA.
In his leisure time he enjoyed cooking, boating, trips to Lake Champlain, working on his home with Jeanne and spending time with his family.
Besides his wife, Jeanne and parents, Joseph is also survived by his children; Tricia Caloon of Enfield, Thomas Caloon of Enfield, Jonathon Caloon of FL, Melissa Auvine of AZ and Daniel Auvine of Palmer, MA, his siblings; Edward Williams & wife Kara of MA, Richard Williams & wife Robbin, Paula Williams, Nichole Williams & husband Keith Stefanik, Steven Grassette & wife Laurie all of Enfield and James Morton & wife Jackie of MI, his brothers-in-law; James Kucienski & wife Joan of Southwick, MA and John Kucienski &fiancée Robin of Enfield, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, also his dogs “Max & Lyod” and his cat “Ember”.
Relatives and friends may gather with his family during calling hours on Friday (Jan. 10, 2014) from 5 to 7 p.m. followed by a Memorial & Remembrance service at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Joe’s memory may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 126 Monroe Turnpike, Trumbull, CT 06611.
