I have known Dave for over 25 yrs and i knew him well. Although i was not one of the females he had in his romantic life, i truly liked him and his spunky demeanor, you were never bored around Dave that is for sure. He spoke his mind and was a great mechanic and boy oh boy did he love working on cars. He lived and breathed it and was very skilled at it too. Dave loved woman, he was a man's man and had many females loving him for his passionate way he would show them that he cared. I know cause i heard all about it but the number one female in his life was his daughter Alexis he loved her with all his heart and his grandson Carter too, there wasn't a time we talked that he didn't bring up both and talk lovingly about them and how proud he was of them. To know Dave you had to know he was passionate and caring. He also was upfront and told you what he thought, there was no shutting him up if he had an opinion and i respected him for that. He had one of the biggest hearts i know and would give you the shirt off your back if he could. He fought to do it his way up till the end and got to do what he wanted and was fixing cars the day he died just like he would have wanted. That is why i posted this pic of him that i had on my face book cause this was his passion right there. He surely will be missed by all the people that came in and out of his life with how he touched them in some way. I'm sure your in Heaven and one day we will cross paths again buddy. RIP DAVE, SO SAD TO SEE YOU GONE FROM THIS EARTH. NEVER FORGOTTEN. PRISCILLA ALLARD

It’s still very surreal for me. I still think that one day I’ll get a call from you asking me some medical question. Your nieces are so heart broken that they won’t ever get to see their favorite uncle again. You are loved so very much Dave and we will miss you. Give mom a hug in heaven for Sherry and I.
